Lettings Co-Ordinator - £23,000 - £28,000 + Commission and Benefits - Manchester

The Role

This growing, driven and forward-thinking company, specialising in Sales, Rental and Management of Commercial and Residential Properties, are looking for a motivated Lettings Co-Ordinator to join the South Manchester branch in Hulme.

You must be able tomultitask, work on your own initiative, have excellent time management skills, and a valid driver's licence is preferred (but not required) as we are looking to expand our viewing team.


This is a full time position working 5 days across Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday or 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Lettings Co-Ordinator include, but are not limited to:

  • Organising the diary for the Office, booking and confirming Sales / Rental viewing appointments.
  • Undertaking the full lettings process and communicating with Tenants, Landlords and Contractors to manage any issues through to resolution.
  • Undertake tenancy renewals, preparation of paperwork and resign of tenants.
  • Updating/maintaining information on in house systems.
  • Commencing end of tenancies procedures and liaising with tenants and landlords.
  • Oversee the collection and return of all keys, fobs and their management.
  • Ensuring all property keys are log in/out.
  • Accept and process all rent payments, tenant payments and deposits.
  • Logging repairs/invoices onto inhouse systems.
  • Ensure the company's advertising of properties on associated websites and Internet portals in reviewed and updated daily.
  • As and when required assistant the Property Manager in undertaking property inspections, conducting detailed photographic and written inventories.

  • The post offers excellent remuneration up to £23,000 to £28,000 (dependent on NMW/NLW) plus an attractive commission structure.

The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Lettings Co-Ordinator are:

  • Property Management experience 1 year preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills (able to execute direct instructions).
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills, and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable, and able to champion a wide range of responsibilities.
  • An extremely reliable team player.
