A large, outstanding secondary school located in Westminster is seeking to recruit Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their current department to assist the teachers and students within the classroom.

This role is suitable for individuals who have graduatedwithin the last - 2 years and are keen to pursue a career in education.

You must be available for a January 2023 start and commit for the whole academic year (July 2023)


As the successfully Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be exposed to students of various abilities to raise attainment using skills, lesson plans, numeracy, and literacy tasks to raise attainment.

Again, this will build your knowledge of how studentsare monitored, data is analysed, and attainment is raised, and students are managed more effectively by teachers.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll learn and implement strategies to support students of all secondary ages to engage with the curriculum.


This exciting opportunity is available on a full-time basis Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm starting from January 2023 until the end of the Academic year.


As the successful applicant, you will be given an induction and support by Tradewind Recruitment and will be allocated a line manager in the school (the SENco).

He/she will provide you with extensive guidance and support along with Tradewind.

Regular meetingsand CPD training sessions are offered by our agency and the school to ensure you are learning, growing and developing within the Graduate teaching assistant role.
