    Description

    We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with our insurance group in London. This role will report directly to the Head of HR and focus on a medium-sized business unit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leads and the wider People team, acting as a key member of the management teams in Underwriting and Schemes to drive superior business performance.
    2. Lead initiatives for succession planning, organisational design, and talent management.
    3. Support mergers and acquisitions efforts.
    4. Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition function to support recruitment needs for your business unit.
    5. Liaise with Employee Relations Specialists as needed.

    Essential Requirements:

    1. Proven experience leading a business unit, partnering with senior stakeholders ideally up to Director level.
    2. International work experience, preferably across Europe.
    3. CIPD Level 5 qualification is highly desirable.
    4. Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
