Summer Holiday Sport Camp Leader in Solihull


Duties:


  • Plan and organize daily activities and programs for camp participants
  • Lead and supervise campers during activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
  • Provide guidance and support to campers, promoting positive behaviour and teamwork
  • Assist in the development and implementation of camp curriculum and session plans
  • Set up and maintain equipment and supplies needed for camp activities
  • Communicate with parents/guardians regarding camper progress, behaviour, and any concerns
  • Collaborate with other camp staff to ensure a smooth operation of the camp

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working with children in a camp or recreational setting is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage groups of children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging behaviours
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus

£70.00 per day
