Description
We are looking for an
Area Managerto join our client's friendly and supportive team. You will be provided with a company vehicle to travel to our sites across Surrey, Hampshire & Berkshire.

The role of Area Manager is to manage all aspectsof the cleaning operations at the sites allocated to your area of responsibility including:

Snapshot of responsibilities
- _Take responsibility for all calls and texts from team members, ensuring all are answered and responded to_
- _Collect, check and record accurate DBS documentation from applicants_
- _Mentor all new starters to assist in their development and skills levels, providing encouragement and support_
- _Provide training plans and programs for workers and managers_
- _Quality checks at sites; identifying and rectifying oversights,_
- _Increase revenue and sales through regular contact with clients (selling additional services)_
- _Manage a team of Area Managers and workers to ensure vacancies and holidays are covered_


Knowledge/Skills and Experience:


  • A professional approach.
  • Computer literate specifically with the ability to use MS Word, Excel
  • Excellent standard of communication.
  • Customer focused.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
