Description
This position is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working within a team of six.

The role would suit a graduate or a second jobber looking to start a career within supply chain


Responsibilities to include:


  • Processing customer orders and liaising with customers & warehouses to ensure all customer orders are fulfilled
  • Ensuring orders are processed from the earliest BBE batches and raising any potential issues with short dated stock
  • Monitoring deliveries and ensuring any issues are promptly acted upon
  • Assisting with reconciling stock reports to third party warehouse and promptly following up on any discrepancies
  • Accurately recording all products delivered at the warehouse and ensuring all delivery paperwork is received correctly including BBE dates
  • Compiling daily & weekly sales reports and distributing to senior management

Qualifications/Experience

A Levels or a Graduate

  • Previous experience of inputting data and dealing with customers
  • Thorough attention to detail, comfortable working under pressure
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Team Player with "Can do" attitude
  • Excel and Microsoft office experience
