Role Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Handle guest communications and address inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Support bookkeeping tasks, including organising financial records and managing expenses.
- Support receipt documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Process payments of invoices in a timely manner, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and coordinating propertyrelated events and activities.
- Prepare and generate reports for management review.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments through calendar management.
- Assist in preparing landlord statements and distributing them to relevant parties.
- Contribute to brochure marketing initiatives to showcase properties effectively.
- Support business marketing activities included creating social media content to promote properties and engage with audiences.
- Assist in portfolio management tasks, including property inspections and tenant relations.
- Provide coordinator support for property development and renovation projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or property management role preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive and flexible attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Full, clean driving license.
Pay:
From £20,000.00 per year
