Working
Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30,with Salary
up to £35K.You will be working within a small team ensuring sales queries are dealt with promptly, generating new business, and strong interpersonal skills.


Daily Duties:


  • Liaising with new and existing clients to grow the company's client portfolio
  • Ensure a high level of customer service is always enacted.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Support the wider team in problem solving to find solutions to customer queries.
  • Be actively seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Build quotes and price up customer jobs.
  • Ensure orders and delivery schedules are kept accurate and progress is relayed to the client.

About You:


  • You will have experience within a similar role in a full or junior capacity.
  • Able to read engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of the Stainless-Steel Industry.
  • Computer literate on Microsoft Packages.
  • Able to use MRP systems.
