Approved contractor to local authorities and NHS
Hybrid role of both Estimating and Surveying due to the size of projects and company (roughly 6040% split)
Work on projects upto £750k with the typical hotspot 100k in value

within Sheffield and surrounding areas

The Role

The Estimator / Surveyor will

Carry out full Estimating and surveying duties for a small regional refurb contractor
Liaise and get costs from subcontractors
Meet with clients, build relationships and agree on the scope of works
Review, cost and submit tenders
Negotiate any design changes with the client
Work closely with the operational team and company directors
