We operate over 7 million of warehousing space across 30+ locations in the UK. Our distribution network spans all corners of the country.

Our Stoke-on-Trent site are now recruiting for a Transport Administrator on a full time
basis.


Salary:
£22,425 Per annum


Working hours:
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30


Job Description:


The purpose of a
transport Administrator is to provide administrative support and creation of accurate data, with the ability to work to deadlines and contributing to the overall success of the site.


Key Duties of a
transport Administrator:


  • Maintaining, creating and updating computerised records to ensure the highest standards are met at all times
  • Daily fuel reconciliation
  • Purchasing supplies for the transport department and raising purchase orders
  • Investigating reporting discrepancies and reconciling differences
  • Updating internal and external KPI reports
  • Responsible for producing a financial pack for the transport offices weekly costings.
  • Filing of paperwork

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to manage own time to achieve targets
