InterQuest are proud to be working with one of our most prestigious clients who are an industry leader in the Banking sector, supporting them with the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Birmingham.
This role offers hybrid working,up to £22,534 base salary, discretionary bonus, company benefits and a career pathway to a role earning up to £27,000.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will join a team who are obsessed with and are committed to delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
What is expected of the Customer Service Advisor?
- Understanding and identifying customer needs to tailor solutions, whilst ensuring the right outcome for the customer and the bank at the first point of contact
- Understanding and listening to customer concerns and correctly identifying customer complaints to resolve first time, ensuring complaint escalation where appropriate
- Using internal systems to ensure that a customer's records are accurately maintained and are up to date
What we look for in a Customer Service Advisor?
- Customer service experience with demonstrable solid listening skills
- A team player who can confidently interact with others but who is also able to work independently
What the Customer Service Advisor will receive?
- Up to £22,53
- Discretionary bonus
- Career pathway to a role earning up to £27,000
