We are looking for a dynamic Patient Coordinator for our sister provider abc ivf, to join the friendly team in our St Pauls London clinic.


ROLE PURPOSE

The key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Ensuring all patients are managed effectively through the Create patient journey and that all activities are carried out in accordance with HFEA requirements
  • Provide high quality, polite, caring and informed response to patients queries in person, by telephone or electronically to enable them to be directed to our most appropriate service in a safe, appropriate and clinically prioritised manner
  • Administer all aspects of patient care including covering front reception, making appointments, responding to queries, supporting clinical referrals and the administration of prescriptions
  • Support efficient and timely administration of all aspects of the practice such as invoice and billing, scanning and document management and new patient registration requirements.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure our services welcome and are responsive to patient feedback and find ways to continuously improve and streamline our ways of working as IT, communication and clinical practices develop
  • Ensuring that the service provides excellent patient experience with early intervention when issues occur

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong empathetic skills are essential.
  • Experience of working within a target driven and fast paced environment.
  • A positive 'can do' attitude that can handle change and challenge.
  • Drive, determination and ability to overcome ambiguity
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Experience of CQC policies and procedures is a distinct advantage.
  • Genuine desire to help patients and make a difference to people's lives

Salary:
£27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

  • London, EC2V 6ET: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
