My client provides an advisory service, specialising in finance related consulting for their network of clients who are based across the globe.

THE ROLE


Due to the growth, my client is on the hunt for a
Quality & Risk Assistant to join the Quality & Risk team, with a remit to provide range of Project and Administrative support to the Global Leader.

The team are responsible for their network of clients who in turn, deliver a service across the globe.

You should expect to showcase and share from your experiences, while innovating and developing original methods to deal with the challenges of supporting a dynamic team in a fast-changing world.


  • Overseeing project progress including establishing status, tracking activities, and updating project management tools
  • Arranging Global Quality Committee and Global Independence Committee meetings
  • Analysing and compiling data to prepare papers or presentations
  • Supporting the Global Leader with diary management, communications, developing and updating presentations
  • Assistance with documentation and file management
  • Coordinating logistics including travel and hotel arrangements
  • Scheduling meetings and processing expenses etc

THE PERSON

  • Proficiency in multitasking and prioritising
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient written and oral communication
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Experience in proof reading and editing written content
  • Professional manner with the confidence to liaise with senior leaders effectively communicating
  • Proactive, reliable, and discreet. An ability to work on your own initiative as well as being a team player
  • Previous experience in working in an international environment
