We're looking for a People Administrator to join us in Bradford on a 12-month fixed term contract.


Liberty Global Shared Service Centre (LGSSC) acts as a central specialty service supporting the wider Liberty Global group with specialisms in areas of Finance, Accounting, People, Legal & Systems.

This central team supports a number of businesses across the Liberty Global footprint including Virgin Media.

What will you be doing?

  • Administer changes to individual's terms and conditions and process Reward/Benefit schemes on behalf of Virgin Media.
  • Maintain team and customer relationships through advice, support and continuous improvement, providing a great experience first time, every time.
  • Ensure all corporate policies, standards and agreed Customer Service processes are adhered to by all staff, rectifying any nonconformances as appropriate and updated where necessary.
  • Contribute towards the overall Liberty Global Shared Service Centre strategy, with a view to identifying means of improving performance. Assist in reviewing business processes as necessary.

We tend to look for people with:

  • Essential_
  • Working towards a CIPD or relevant HR/Administrative experience.
  • An understanding of the HR employee lifecycle.
  • Desirable_
  • Experience of providing relevant advice on policy and process to Line Managers and employees desirable
  • Experience of delivering customer service targets within a complex environment
