JOB

PURPOSE

  • To support the HR Team in the management of employees of the relevant function in order to effectively ensure all the activities and processes in compliance with the deadlines. To be in charge of preparing and filing documents, preparing reports, onboarding activities and search and selection support. To cooperate with international teams and to give support and assistance in the daily activities of the function, guaranteeing a smooth communication and a prompt settlement of requests.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gives support in the preparation of contracts and draft letters based on company standards.
  • Coordinates the onboarding activities of employees, collects documents requested for recruitments, processes hiring's with the entities in charge (SAP, Administration/Payroll), sends the communication to activate services/IT/security activities (badge, etc.) and prepares the procedures to be delivered.
  • Supports the HR Team in the processing of the requests for reports for the line and internal functions, such as Labor Cost and Administration.
  • Carries out general services for the HR Team, such as loading of documents in digital repositories, update of periodic reports, meeting room reservations, management of contacts.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Proficient in digital tools
  • Good knowledge of the Office package
  • Skilled in analyzing and reading data
  • Previous experience within the HR function
  • Good communication and relational skills
  • High degree of autonomy, respecting deadlines and adapting to the context and the various situations
  • Skilled in analyzing and matching existing information in order to solve problems
  • Very good knowledge of the English language
