Your Role:
As a Customer Advisor at Cinergi, you'll play a vital role in nurturing positive relationships with our customers.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Drafting and sending customer proposals and contracts, including data sheets attention to detail is essential
- Liaising with surveyors, suppliers, and other parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Completing heat loss calculations (full training will be provided)
- Covering various tasks when team members are away, from calculations to sales calls.
Who You Are:
- You effortlessly build rapport with both customers and colleagues teamwork and support is key, and everyone actively participates
- You notice the finer points that others may overlook.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus familiarity with HubSpot/Salesforce would be ideal, though not essential.
- You thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- You are organised and methodical.
- No prior renewable energy experience? No problem Full training will be provided; we simply require a willingness to learn.
The Package:
Up to £25,000 per annum + a bonus of up to £5,000.
22 Days holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing by one day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days)
