Your Role:

As a Customer Advisor at Cinergi, you'll play a vital role in nurturing positive relationships with our customers.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Drafting and sending customer proposals and contracts, including data sheets attention to detail is essential
Liaising with surveyors, suppliers, and other parties to ensure smooth operations.
Completing heat loss calculations (full training will be provided)
Covering various tasks when team members are away, from calculations to sales calls.

Who You Are:

You effortlessly build rapport with both customers and colleagues teamwork and support is key, and everyone actively participates
You notice the finer points that others may overlook.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus familiarity with HubSpot/Salesforce would be ideal, though not essential.
You thrive in a fastpaced environment.
You are organised and methodical.
No prior renewable energy experience? No problem Full training will be provided; we simply require a willingness to learn.

The Package:

Up to £25,000 per annum + a bonus of up to £5,000.

22 Days holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing by one day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 30 days)
