Mandarin Speaking HRBP

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for managing the compliance of HR policies, Handbook and HR processes;
  • Be charge of talent development and internal training programmes;
  • To develop and manage promotion and successor projects;
  • Be responsible for company culture developing, promotion and integration;
  • Be responsible for Employer Brand building and Campus Recruiting projects;
  • To conduct monthly, quarterly and annual HR report.

Qualifications

  • With years working experience in human resources, majoring in human resources management or having a CIPD certificate is preferred;
  • Working experience in multiple modules of human resources is preferred;
  • Excellent data collecting and management abilities, proficient in using common data mining and statistical software, such as SPSS and Excel;
  • Excellent bilingual abilities (listening, speaking, reading and writing) in Mandarin and English;
  • Excellent understanding ability, communication ability, multitask management ability and coordination ability;
  • Be goaldriven and datadriven work orientation.
