THE OPPORTUNITY:


As an advisor, you will play an integral part of our business by providing excellent levels of service to potential and existing customers at all times.

Our office operating hours allows our team to maintain a good work / life balance and our knowledgeable and helpful staff will provide support and training when required in an open forum which may include on the job real time coaching sessions.

This is a full time permanent position.


THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle all customer contacts quickly, efficiently to a high standard within agreed KPI's
Assist customers with any issues relating to their experience. This could include, the website, the retail stores or the concessions
Follow GDPR guidelines (Data Protection) to every customer contact
Take ownership of every opportunity to upsell other products offered by the business in a positive Sales Through Service attitude
Assist in identifying system or process issues and be confident in offering potential solutions / improvements to rectify these issues

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

In order to be considered you must have strong communication skills, customer service experience and have a friendly "can do" attitude.
