RT-Social Care are looking for some highly motivated individuals for their next
Recruitment Academy. We are an ambitious, dynamic company with a robust growth strategy for the next twelve month period.

We are therefore seeking 4 talented individuals to join our rapidly growing recruitment team.

The right people for this
post will be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and written, will be motivated, determined and have a can do attitude.

**Key Roles and

Responsibilities**- Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the trainee Recruitment Consultant will work as part of the dynamic Recruitment team, and ultimately build their own business unit within the Recruitment Division, with the responsibility of prospecting and account-managinga select number of key regional accounts across the UK.


  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from clients within Local Authority, NHS, Charities and Private clients across the UK;
  • Building relationships with clients;
  • Developing a good understanding of clients, their teams, what they do and their work culture and environment;
  • Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, e.g. websites, Job Boards;

  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between
  • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.

Business and Selling Skills:


  • Must be an excellent facetoface and telephone communicator.
