Key Job Responsibilities:


  • Completes all predelivery related administration ensuring vehicles are taxed, invoiced and paid before delivery
  • Liaises with suppliers providing accurate delivery dates and costs
  • Provides general support to the Sales team, keeping them informed of customer order status and any issues that may arise relating to department sales
  • Provides administrative support to the Sales team
  • Ensures all stock and paperwork is in order
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely progressing of new and used vehicles from the point of order to final taxing and delivery
  • Booking of vehicles movements when required to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles
  • Ensuring vehicles are collected as soon as possible and sent to the correct locations
  • Provides vehicle sales invoices
  • Liaises and communicates with the sales team regarding progress of their customer vehicles
  • Builds good relationships with key suppliers and clients
  • Updating reports daily
  • Inputting new vehicle invoices/credits daily
  • Perform adhoc accounts duties and general administrative responsibilities
  • Maintaining effective liaison with the retail sales team, forming a strong sense of teamwork within the Sales department
  • Ensure timely feedback of information to clients, dealers, and the sales team
  • Delivering excellent customer service and conducting yourself in a professional manner when handling client vehicle and administration enquiries
