Protocol are delighted to be recruiting for a Business Development Executive on behalf of an Educational establishment to deliver an employer engagement service to increase the number of employers who access and influence the services.

Salary:
£25,233 - £26,902pa
alongside a holiday allowance of 32 days plus Bank Holidays plus 2 weeks at Christmas** and the below benefits

The person and qualifications

Strong track record of business development and sales, including delivery to targets
Strong knowledge of apprenticeships and work based learning
Experience of delivering employer engagement strategies.
Highly motivated selfstarter with ambition to succeed

Duties

Be responsible for growing new business with employers and support colleagues to grow existing business undertaking a proactive consultative selling approach with customers to provide training needs analysis and plans, account strategies and customer support to businesses
Initiate, develop and manage customer relationships with employers, in line with the sector strategy, maintaining an up to date knowledge of sector developments.
Assist in the preparation of business and training proposals and other documentation for external clients
Achieve individual and team sales and employer engagement objectives and targets.
Work with the marketing department and Faculties to support employer engagement initiatives.
