We are looking for a Team Leader to work within Operations in our NQ Delivery: Assessment & Data Services team.

Lead, manage and mentor an operational team to successfully deliver operational plans and maximise performance
Evaluate, develop and implement processes and procedures to deliver an efficient and effective service in order to minimise operational, financial and reputational risk
Control and monitor the allocation of resources within a specific operational function ensuring optimal performance of the team and ensuring current and future needs are met

Additionally you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Strong budget management experience
Operational experience, gained in a complex, evolving environment
Strong line management experience within customer helpdesks/multidisciplinary teams/excellent interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills

Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level 8 (HND/SVQ4) and/or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role.
