Requirements of a Financial Services Administrator (Loans)

• 2 years' experience within Administration
• Industry experience is preferable, but not essential
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy
• The ability to analyse information with a view to making informed decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Good team player, but with the ability to work under own initiative
• Competent on Microsoft office suite i.e., excel, word etc.

Responsibilities of a Financial Services Administrator (Loans)

• To answer the telephone within a timely manner
• To upload all documents required for compliance onto The Key in line with Company time scales
• To upload all documents received from third parties such as clients, surveyors and lenders onto Dropbox to allow the adviser to access the documents
• To inform Brokers upon case completion
• To send out request consents, request valuations and chase any outstanding documents/actions within a timely manner
• To deal with the incoming and outgoing post
• To assist with other duties as directed by Senior Managers to accommodate business needs

Salary of a Financial Services Administrator (Loans)
- £19,000 - £22,000 per annum dependant on experience

To receive the higher end of the salary banding you must have done a similar role in a Financial Services previously
