Hiring Immediately - We've an exciting opportunity for a standalone Recruitment Coordinator to work alongside the Head of People Partnering to support with recruitment activity across the Group. This is a great opportunity to make a difference and help the regions recruit future property experts


Whilst it's not essential, this would be a great opportunity for a current Property professional who wants to keep a foot in the industry but perhaps take a step into a new career or a HR or Marketing graduate looking to specialise in recruitment/talent acquisition.


This role will collaborate with the regions to assist with their daily recruitment activities ensuring we recruit the right people with the right skill set.

The role will be high volume (40+ vacancies) and will undertake the following key responsibilities:


  • Advertise new roles; from content writing and improving job adverts and working with external job boards and recruitment partners, where needed.
  • Assist the regions with their shortlisting to reduce our time to hire so we are ahead of competitors
  • Arrange and assist with any competency based face to face interviews
  • Focus on ensuring the regions are trained and utilizing all of Team Tailor's features
  • Assist the People hub with recruitment performance reporting
  • Support our People Hub with onboarding during peak periods

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Strong customer service and organisational skills
  • Resilience to handle a fast paced, ever moving volume of work
  • The ability to deal with stakeholders at different levels
  • Ideally, a good understanding of recruitment is helpful but we will provide the necessary training
  • An outgoing personality with the energy and confidence to 'sell' our business and property roles as a great place to work
