CDS Labour is currently lookng for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to be based in Leicester City Centre.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients


Your duties will include:

  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
  • Offering CV, interview and general career advice
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms for recruitment purposes
  • Knowledge of human resources practices and recruitment strategies
We offer a salary of 24k - 28k dependant on experience + a commission scheme.

The role is currently remote however it will be based in our Leicester Office in a couple of months.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 16:30

£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
