    Purpose

    : Deichmann is seeking a Key Holder to join the team. In return for your hard work, you will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £11.84 per hour + performance-related bonus.

    You will be part of a diverse team that always goes the extra mile to ensure customers have a positive and welcoming shopping experience.

    To be suitable for this opportunity, you must have high potential for progression, be full of energy and enthusiasm, enjoy interacting with customers, and possess all the necessary operational skills.

    Key Activities:

    • Open & close the store
    • Provide friendly, helpful levels of customer service
    • Serve customers at the till, process sales transactions, recommend, and promote complimentary products
    • E nsure high standards of merchandising by keeping the store clean and tidy
    • Complete stock replenishment to ensure the store is always full
    • Process stock deliveries to the store
    • Help achieve monthly targets

    Personal Characteristics:

    • High potential with the right aptitudes and competencies to fast-track into a Supervisory role
    • Fully flexible (Monday – Sunday, hours to be agreed by rota) including evenings and bank holidays
    • A positive, can-do attitude with a strong passion for working within retail
    • The confidence to approach and serve all customers
    • Be well-motivated to complete all required tasks
    • High attention to detail
    • The ability to work both individually and as part of a diverse team
    • Retail background/transferable skills gained in a related industry sector/a Graduate looking to progress a career in Retail
