Bristol Event Catering Company's mission is to create extraordinary experiences for everyone crossing our path - and we do that really well We cater for various pubs and events, but also, have residences in other venues around Bristol and Gloucestershire making their food available to all, whilst boosting their reputation on a daily basis.
As part of our growing team, your role is to facilitate the smooth running of our operation and ensure that customers have an amazing experience every time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday operations and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyse operational data and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and performance.
- Provide support to the operational team.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Assist in the development of operational budgets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Salary:
From £24,000.00 per year
