Haulfryn family is looking for a Park Warden to join a growing team at our friendly holiday park. This role requires Sunday work to cover the office administration and serve as point of contact of owners, holiday makers and team members

What Will You Do

• Sunday to cover the office and work as a point of contact for owners, holiday makers and team members.
• Liaise with the Park Manager/Administrator for work rota as required.
• Undertake all tasks to the Company's standards at all times.
• Work in line with the Company's procedures and practice.
• Check fire boxes/alarms and signs on a regular basis and record keeping of same.
• Regular checking of waste disposal procedures and Park cleanliness.
• Assisting with Park maintenance.
• Maintain a cordial relationship with owners/holidaymakers during day to day performance of duties.
• Willing and able to assist owners/holidaymakers in emergency situations.
• Driving of Company vehicles.
• Reading of electricity meters, including main buildings.
• Carry out emergency repairs out of hours or contact persons or contractors if required.
• Check street lighting and replace lamps.
• Drive in accordance with the road traffic act.
• Keep the vehicles you use clean and tidy in and out at all times.
• Check daily Company vehicle's oil, water, tyres and lights.
• Drive and operate hired equipment within the Health & Safety familiarisation requirements laid down by the hirer and to the Company's Health & Safety procedures.
• Within reason, undertake other duties over and above those listed above.

What Will You Bring

• Computer literate
• Multi skilled tradesperson with experience in a wide range of property maintenance tasks
• Experience in grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting and general gardening, basic general handy man skills
• Hold a valid full UK driving licence
• Be able to work on your own initiative
• Awareness of Health and Safety legislation and working in a safe manner
• Have excellent customer service and people skills
