Job Description:
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic professional to join our growing team as a Trainer.
The Role:
- Responsible for delivering and organising the Home Instead training modules.
- You will be involved in designing and delivering training, working closely with partners such as Parkinson's society, Dementia UK and skills for care.
- You will be part of the governance team, contributing to safety and quality monitoring activities and codesign effective systems.
- You will be instrumental in making our organisation the employer of choice in health and social care.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 or above in health and social care or a Nursing qualification.
- Training qualification
- A minimum of three years of experience as a trainer
- Regulatory knowledge including CQC's KLOE, the new regulation model, and the care act.
