Priory Adult Care is currently looking for enthusiastic Senior Support Worker to join our specialist facility based in East Ardsley.

The role of Senior Support Worker is a fast-paced role which will be both varied and rewarding


Your duties will include:

carrying out medication rounds, planning and attending activities, managing money and personal living budgets, personal care, supervisions and management of support teams and key holder responsibilities.

You will also support management in undertaking audits and embedding quality within the service.

There will also be involvement around staffing; coaching and mentoring of current staff, inducting and training of new starters and shift planning.


This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to develop further; the Priory group can offer further NVQ qualifications to management level (Level 5), a full mandatory training program, including medication training.
