We have an exciting opportunity to join Optima UK as an Account Manager for our Manufacturing Division.

Due to continued growth, our Manufacturing teams need additional support for individuals with either a strong Customer Service background or an Account Management position.

The Role:

Our Manufacturing team specialise in the placement of temporary and permanent staff within skilled Manufacturing roles such as Welders, CNC Millers & Turners, Assembly Operatives amongst many others.

On a daily basis, your day to day responsibilities will include:

Identifying businesses that are hiring to pass across to the Business Development Team
Advertising on job boards and using other social media methods, working closely with our Marketing team.
We are looking for an individual who is really passionate about providing exceptional levels of customer service
Building relationships and account management skills
Personable, energetic and selfdriven
Confident with both telephone skills and written communication
Able to work within a fastpaced environment
Team Player
