Description

We are looking for hardworking Handymen to oversee and manage a wide range of repairs, typically for individuals or groups at residential or commercial locations.

We are expecting you to be organized and have good time management skills as well as with strong general repair skills.

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing or replacing fixtures, appliances, and furniture.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Install or assemble new equipment or furniture as needed.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure that all work is completed according to safety standards and regulations.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.

• Strong knowledge of various hand and power tools.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Excellent problemsolving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects if required.
