Description
My client based in Bath are recruiting for a Project Support Officer on an ongoing basis.
The role is full time and is to start immediately. The role is hybrid working - 3 days office based in Bath and 2 days at home.
Duties include:
To ensure clear governance and high-level support is in place to aid a collegiate response to increase international reach and reputation
To work with senior internal stakeholders to understand international profile ambitions and influence the rankings proposition
To analyse and interpret a wide range of data sources, making recommendations to aid the improvement of the institutional position within the international rankings.
To work with the department of policy, planning and compliance to ensure submission of data is accurate and considers any methodological amends
To take responsibility for developing and maintaining operational processes and data systems which capture key reporting metrics and maximise automation
To ensure all relevant data protection policies and guidelines are adhered to at all times, working closely with QS and the University's Legal Office
To liaise with external market intelligence, including attendance at specialist sector events to gather and influence external intelligence on behalf of the institution
To work with marketing and communications teams to develop an internal and external campaign plan that influences the reach and reputation internationally whilst aligning to the brand and ambition
To lead on the development and review of marketing data and campaign dashboards to inform decisions on improving efficacy and amending marketing and communications plans that influence international reach and reputation
To work with Faculty/School and external facing departments that have extensive international reach to provide recommendations on how international connections can be maximised to improve reach
Skills and Experience required:
Analysis & interpretation of data
Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to filter and evaluate information, analyse findings and provide informed recommendations
Project management, including ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks while paying attention to detail
Developing & maintaining processes
Relationship management with internal & external stakeholders
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to influence and effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
Experience in marketing & communications, including developing campaigns
