Description
We are delighted to be working with a well-established professional services company based in Cambridge. They are recruiting for an IT Technician to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Providing onsite and remote 1st line support
  • Ensuring all processes are followed to agreed standards
  • Supporting the SharePoint estate
  • Ensuring all software is up to date
  • Working with third party suppliers
  • Supporting the wider team with IT related projects
  • Maintaining documentation
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 and Sharepoint
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Passion for learning and collaboration
  • Experience with hardware including PC's and printers
  • Networking experience (desirable)
