Description

I am seeking a nursing Home Manager to manage a medium sized Nursing Home; a Nurse qualification is preferable. But not essential.

Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:

  • Overall running of the care home
  • Growing a challenging behaviour Department
  • Managing budgets
  • Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
  • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
  • To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to

Nursing Care Home Manager Requirements:


  • Longevity in previous roles
  • Experience leading a Nursing Home Manager for at least 3 years.
  • Nursing would be Preferable but not essential.
  • Experience working with the Elderly.
  • Managing budgets
  • Experience in a turnaround of CQC
  • Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
  • Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
  • To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
