Hours: 40 basic + 2-3 per day of overtime total per week)

Duration: 3-4 weeks - Until Xmas, possibly into early 2024

Overview

Are you an Electronics Technician looking for an immediate start? If so, don't go anywhere - we are looking for a talented Electronics Technician to fill a short term contract with plenty of hours and overtime.

The company itself is a high-technology, technical manufacturing company that has seen extensive growth in its order book in recent years supplying to a variety of industries, including Aerospace, Defence, Medical and Mass Manufacturing.

In a busy manufacturing team, your role will see you work within the production department, working on cutting edge electro-mechanical products.

There will also be an element of PCB work as well, so you will need a mixture of through-hole and surface mount soldering experience

Electronics Technician Requirements:

Previous experience of electronic assembly
Experienced in electromechanical assembly of high technology products
Previous experience of PCB assembly and soldering a mixture of throughhole and surface mount will be needed.
The Assembler should have experience of building small subassemblies and complete units
Ability to work to fine tolerances and use small handtools is required Proven ability to accurately follow assembly instructions and build procedures is essential

Electronics Technician Requirements:

The Assembler will be required to build subassemblies and complete assemblies
PCB Population, soldering and quality checking.
