A leading Top 500 law firm are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team in Wolverhampton. This is a great opportunity to develop your career as the firm strive on progression internally.
The Role

  • Ability to do title checks and raise enquires on purchase files.
  • Ability to deal with sale enquiries.
  • Experience dealing with Leasehold properties
  • Request Mortgage Funds for completions.
  • Drafting and reporting to clients.
  • Review Mortgage Offers and report and discrepancies to Lenders.
  • Requesting redemption figures from Lenders.
  • Ability to deal with exchanges and completions.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a residential property role.
  • Have experience handling a varied caseload of own files.
  • Have excellent attention to detail.
  • Can build strong client relationships and have great communication skills.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
