We have a new client in East of England coming on board with us. Please see below client requirements.

Locations:
Hertfordshire, Essex, Southend-On-Sea, Colchester, Ipswich

Service: 33 Supported Living services in total. Starting in 12 locations.

Worker types:
Support Workers, Waking Night Support Worker

Role:

To support adults with learning disabilities, Autism or ABI to live as independently as possible, accessing the community and places of interest - swimming, restaurants, places of worship.

Will also support to maintain the home, attend appointments and support with increasing life skills such as cooking and personal care.

Training:

Care Certificate
(Essential)
Learning Disability and Autism Training
(Essential)
Safeguarding
(Essential)
First Aid
(Essential)
Medication Administration
(Essential)
Buccal (some services)
Health and Social Care NVQL2 (Desirable)
Nappi (Desirable)
PBS (Desirable)

Volume:
Over 6000hrs per month across 12 starting services

Average shift: 8-12hrs
