We are currently recruiting for Client Service Advisers to join our Professional Services team in a hybrid role - office and home-based working.
Our typical client would be advice based companies such as Financial Advisers, Accountants, Architects, Surveyors or Engineers, and we are expanding into less traditional advice giving firms such as Recruitment Consultants, Technology companies and other consultancy firms.
Our clients typically require Professional Indemnity insurance and advice is given on other insurance products such as Cyber, Office combined packages, EL, PL, D&O and Property Owners.

What the day will look likeYou'll be primarily responsible for day to day management of a portfolio of established accounts, ensuring retention and client happiness.
Daily tasks will includeTo ensure timely submission of proposals to insurers, handling queries and requests on the customers' behalf
Preparation of renewal documentation including invitation, renewal schedules and clarification of claims whilst maintaining accuracy at all times.
To deal with coverage queries from client and ensure that contract certainty is achieved.
To ensure all post sale/alteration documentation is sent in a timely manner, including invoicing and policy issuance in order to meet business and regulatory requirements.
Analysis of data and the ability to respond with relevant information to clients and/or third partiesEstablish and develop effective working relationships with Insurers, Team Mates and wider Aon colleagues. How this opportunity is different

Skills and experience that will lead to successAs a Client Service Advisor your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Progress towards CII examinations or equivalent is preferred but not essential
Organised, with the ability to prioritise work, delivering accurately and on time
