Description

Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking an experienced Field Warranty Engineer to work remotely for a successful business based in West Yorkshire. Our client is looking for someone who is confident, customer service driven, with outstanding communicationskills and a keen eye for detail.

This is a field-based role covering Leicestershire and surrounding areas.
A basic starting salary of up to £45,000 DOE.

The Role:

Delivering items to customers' homes, including kitchen cabinets and other remedial items
Assembling and installing kitchens cabinets within customers' homes
Fixing and repairing damaged cabinets when required
Maintaining company van and tools
Working from a fully remote system, which will allocate job details and information
Supporting other colleagues in surrounding areas when required
Ensuring that customer service is maintained to the highest standards at all times
Previous experience within fitting kitchens
Knowledge of multitrades
Experience working within a customer facing environment
An understanding of furniture assembly or DIY carpentry
Able to resolve issues and remain calm under pressure
Confident speaking to customers
A keen eye for detail and always striving for perfection
Highly motivated and determined
Selfmotivated and a team player
Full driving licence and vehicle
Living in or close to Leicestershire
