Total Reward Manager, 6 month FTC - Leading Charity - London with hybrid working

This is an exciting opportunity for a Reward Specialist with strong project management skills to join a highly respected UK Charity.

Reporting into the Deputy Director of People you will be responsible for managing the implementation of the Total Reward project.


Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Creating a timeline for the implementation of all the Total reward deliverables
  • Ensuring the impact of total reward key deliverables are taken into account in People policy reviews
  • Establishing appropriate operational processes and implementing any required system changes
  • Managing data and report production for the end of year pay review
  • Supporting the People Team with market data analysis and undertaking any salary benchmarking
  • Reviewing payroll processes and seeking process improvements
  • Ensuring the HR Information system is updated, working closely with the Finance team and Cascade
  • Project managing any changes to pay or payroll systems including any introduction of schemes such as Salary Sacrifice
  • Providing regular updates on the Total Reward Project
You should be an experienced Reward Specialist with a track record of managing projects. Experience of undertaking job evaluation, reward benchmarking and implementing pay and reward outcomes is essential. You should also have experience of developing rewardpolicies and processes and communicating reward goals and outcomes to staff. You will also have experience of using HR Systems, ideally Cascade.
