My client is a popular full-service law firm in Tunbridge Wells, and is seeking a Court of Protection Paralegal to support its expanding Private Client team.

The role will focus on helping those who have sustained a brain injury to be represented in the courts correctly and appropriately.

You will assist the team with high value deputyships and private trust work with a focus on the management of the financial affairs of individuals who lack mental capacity to make decisions themselves.
