Pathway 9, Points 51-55 Actual Salary £60,180 - £66,048 per annum

The Role
You will be responsible for managing key projects and ensure that our outsourced contracts provide value for money.

The Person

You will:

Have knowledge and understanding of compliance and statutory frameworks
Have skills and abilities in strategic estate management
Ability to build successful customer focused services and approaches
Have experience of leading and developing teams in a proactive way
Ability to manage budgets and ensure value for money.
