Description

An opportunity has arisen to join the Digital Skills Training team at Lancaster University within Information Systems Services (ISS) which provides IT services for staff and students at the University.

You will provide administration for the team, being a first point of contact for dealing with training enquires and support requests via our online HelpCentre.

You will work with the team to deliver the Digital Skills training provision, including the creation and maintenance of a range of resources, such as videos, knowledgebase articles and videos.

As part of the role, you will also provide tutorials and assist with some training sessions.
