Installsure is one of the leading brokers of insurance products within the glazing sector, providing admin-efficient and fairly priced insurance solutions backed up by the highest levels of service.
We work closely with some of the industry's leading competentperson schemes such as FENSA to ensure that our services continue to provide the best support for companies operating within an ever-changing and dynamic sector.
We are looking to recruit a Client Manager on a 12 months fixed term contract, to join our busy team, working 5 days a week basis (hybrid, Monday to Friday).
Planning and implementing effective operational strategies to ensure targets are met. Working collaboratively with Head of Insurance and external stakeholders/partners.
The post holder will have:
- Ability to prioritise workload and work under minimum supervision
- Significant experience in managing a team
- Significant experience in working within the insurance sector including a good grasp of policy wording terminology
- Experience of managing departmental budgets
- Experience of working with a range of departments and with external suppliers
- Working knowledge of the FCA rules
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with A-C in Maths and English
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
