CNC Precision are currently recruiting a Senior Quality Inspector / Manager


A successful Cheltenham based honing, gun drilling, deep hole boring and turning company is looking to recruit an experienced Quality Manager / Senior Quality Inspector.


The ideal Senior Quality Inspector will have served an engineering apprenticeship, and show a " hands on" career progression from the shop floor, within a sub contract manufacturing / Engineering environment.


The Senior Quality Inspector position will involve all day-to-day activities, to include final inspection, goods inwards, dispatch, warehouse stock control, ISO, quality planning, calibration, control plans and quality improvement.


The Senior Quality Inspector must be able to see the big picture as well as the finer details, as your work is across the spectrum.

You will deal in small daily matters, as well as larger aims and setting goals. A systematic organised approach to work is vital.


The Senior Quality Inspector will have brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with many types of people at all levels in a direct diplomatic way, are essential.

An understanding of customer/client requirements is also necessary.


Having natural creative flair and being full of ideas and energy to introduce new concepts and innovations would also be advantageous.

Salary:
£38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
