Experienced Credit Controller needed to join our PVerwood based client offering an immediate start.

You will work in a modern office with a
great working environment and company culture. The office is a modern space offering
excellent working and communal spaces.

The working hours are Monday to Friday **8am

  • 5pm,
    40 hr working week paying £11ph**.

The key responsibilities for the successful Credit Controller will be:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts queries.
  • Review new and existing accounts
  • Review, manage and collect customer accounts
  • Process payments
  • Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies
  • Produce and circulate credit hold status and other reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Escalate significant issues/concerns to management

Essential experience to be considered for this Credit Controller role:

  • Previous Credit Control experience
  • Highly proficient IT user, including Excel, Outlook and accounting software
  • Broad accounts experience desirable (Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger)
