They are highly regarded by both employees and clients, and strive to provide an excellent service and friendly work culture.
There are various departments that need more administrative support, and our client is taking on more people to help handle a growing workload.
These roles will require performance of a variety of administrative tasks within the financial services sphere.
Since open vacancies are not limited to any particular department, there are no specific tasks to lay out, but more generally expect:
- General administration and supporting the wider team,
- Working on interdepartmental matters to find solutions,
- Keeping up with all operational procedures and guidelines,
- Processing and updating data on inhouse systems and databases,
- Communicating with different parties including thirdparties.
The Successful Applicant:
- Experienced Financial Services Administrator,
- University Graduate of Relevant Subjects,
- Excellent Communicator both Written & Verbal,
- Competence with Microsoft Office Software,
Our client is looking for those who have an eye for detail, are driven to progress and learn and work well within a team.
