Pay:
From £28,000 - £40,000 p/a plus bonus.

Job type:
Full Time 38h (Permanent)

Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 9am - 6pM/Friday: 9am - 4pm (Flexible)

By joining a fast-growing Complex Care provider, you as the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be a collaborative partner, working with the leadership team to drive company growth.


You will be continually diagnosing talent acquisition performance to build strategic and innovative recruiting plans that deliver the required hiring needs to build dynamic care teams, supporting our new clients.

As well as building and develop your own team to drive forward the business recruitment needs.

The position reports to the CEO.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
  • Conduct reference and background checks on potential employees.
  • Coordinate and conduct orientation and training sessions for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records and metrics.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and implement changes to improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Significant experience of recruitment in the North-East complex care sector
  • Innovative

  • Highly organised
  • Team player
  • At least 35 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the care sector.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Experience using recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
