Job Title:
Supervisor


Duties:


  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees in a fastpaced environment
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Train and mentor new employees, ensuring they understand company policies and procedures
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving productivity and customer satisfaction

Experience:


  • Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisor role
- knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations

  • Ability motivate and organize a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle highpressure situations and make quick decisions
  • Familiarity with supervising various roles such as cooks, bartenders, or hotel staff
